Bebosshair RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We’re as passionate about hair as you are, and hope this package adds to your HAIR LIFE. We’re also passionate about quality and making sure you get what you order. It’s very rare, but mistakes happen, and we are committed to your happiness! To help you get a refund or exchange, keep on reading.
Generally, if we make a mistake, we will refund your money and cover the return shipping cost. If the correct product arrived and you wish to return your hair for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, hair that has been taken out of its sealed, plastic package cannot be returned. We take health and hygiene very seriously. Besides, would you like it if we sold you hair someone else already wore? …We wouldn’t either.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR HAIR
1) Please take a picture of the product in its bag, still sealed, and email it to us. Unfortunately, if the seal is broken or the bag is tampered with, we cannot continue processing your return or exchange.
2) Apply for the return through firstname.lastname@example.org.
3) Once the return is approved, we will provide you the shipping address and return label via email or the channel you purchased through; print the label.
4) Tape up the box/package as close as possible to the condition you received it in, attach the shipping label. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES.”
5) Ship it on over! We will notify you once we receive the returned product.
6) Our trained warehouse workers will inspect the product to confirm the condition.
7) Our Finance Department will process your repayment within five working days of receiving the product. The money will be processed through your original payment method, please allow additional time for your bank or financial institution to post the payment to your account.
We encourage you to select slower shipping options for returns; we can wait for the product if you can. If not, you will receive a faster refund, but please beware faster shipping will cost more. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed, please immediately apply for cancellation through the website and email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to catch the order before it leaves our warehouse. When contacting us about your cancellation, please include your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note, once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you must use the return policy.
If you wish to exchange a product that has not been taken out of its sealed packaging, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs for exchanges. We do not charge a restocking fee.
